We had 2 flights with Aerolinas Argentinas and they were on time, website worked well and service was great. Luckily I noticed the city name on the bag tag and the case was retrieved before it went down the belt. On one flight with LAN, we had 3 flights on the one booking with stopovers at each city, some for more than a day and on the first flight the check-in staff member put our cases through to the 3rd city on the booking. Take my advice and give LAN a miss, it is not worth the time dealing with them and the bad service.
